I also built many of that, and later I modified to a newest version called TATET (what is more complex than the TAT-V presented in 80-ies in MR). I have some technical bugs (included laready in the published versions as well), that is why I am searching for modelers having experience with this kind of high-end throttles..

Just out of curiousity, which came first? The TAT or the CTC?

I remember the CTC-16 series from the late 70's-mid 80's and never built one. I sorta remember the TAT series too. Are they both multiplex(ing) type throttles?

TAT-4 was earlier (end of the 60-ies from Linn Westcott).
CTC from Chubb was some month later...

    :)

basically the TAT throttle in some phases of control multiplexes pulses with pure DC.

    Jim,

If you still need a chip, let me know what type and I'll see if I have one.
