From what I understand they are just different variations of the same model for the differences in the versions from the story line.

Fuchikoma A, B, C, D Models

Tachikoma from my uinderstanding was another variant used in the story. I believe are the later variations.

I'm not too familiar with the story line but I am familiar with all the fuchikoma and tachikoma designs as I have Card Models off all of them that I have built. That why I said "I believe", as I really don't know how it goes, I know Steveo0 or someone else is prabably more up to speed on this than me. But since I got all the models lagitamatly and had to build them all I became rather familiar with them this way. Actually I'm partial to my A, B, C, and D models. Tough builds but well worth the time and frustration. By the way for anyone that doesn't know and is wondering They are in order from left to right, again as "I believe", A, B,...and well you get the point. Anyway just saw the thread and decided at first to put my 25 cents worth in and then put the whole $20.00 worth. I didn't have change! :-D

Amazyan,
Archive "robo.zip" contains 8 GSD files and 1 PDF.
PDF is manual showing how to assembe tachikoma, so GSD files must contain parts.

Google tell me that GSD file is Professional Draw Vector Graphics. I tried to find this software but without success. Then i tried to open this files with CorelDRAW or AutoCAd - no result either.

Another tachikoma

Does anyone here know where, oh how I can get the files for this tachikoma (see pic). It is from this blog: http://3dpaper.blog45.fc2.com/ .

I contacted the designer but the answer I got was it is not available to the general public. This tachikoma is simpler than the one pictured earlier in this thread but I am intersted in obtaining it regardless. Thanks!

This is what really pushed me over the edge to paper modeling. Before I was into paper modeling. I was into 1/6 figures. My friend sent me this model to try to get me into paper modeling. It works! I was all over it. I scaled the original model up to about 1/6. Did some little changes on the legs and feet joins to make it stronger. But the joints between the body, legs and pod are too weak for model this size. I have to add a lot of reinforcement to keep it standing upright. Anyway. this model is in pieces now. When I'm done with my current project. I'll design my own Tachikoma model.
