Dad has a bunch of HO scale, some O scale pieces I bought for his office and some G Gauge that we use as training aids in the classroom. He kepts threatening my mother that he'll one day build a garden railroad in their backyard. After 15 years of planning and collecting for it, she's not too worried about it anymore though.

I have a couple of loops of EZ-Track I set up around the tree each X-mas with special equipment to run on it, but the layout when it was up was in it's own dedicated spare room. Will be again when I get moved.

No way, too attached and NO WAY would I throw any away. I do however give stuff I won't use anymore to a couple of children I know for their enjoyment of them. Kinda like passing the torch I guess, they may be of no use to me but they may keep a child interested and get them one day hopelessly hooked like me. :thumb:

Probably the Proto 2000 line from Walthers (formerly Life-Like)

Hundreds of pieces as a kid and occasionally at 31 years old as gifts. (or when I decide we need another "training aid" "for the classroom" (yea right!), I whip out ye' 'ol trusty company credit card to the dismay of my boss (Dad)
