Sukhoi aircraft - hand-made and computer-generated

    The first few models I made were hand-made. The last of them was this Su-27 Flanker. The blueprints, the developments, the carbon-copying and the painting, all were done by hand. I used acrylic paints, and mixed them to get different shades. The light blue patches, however, were done in poster paint.

    Then I used the Metasequoia-Pepakura to make the Su-30MKI, complete with the markings.

    Nice work! Some differences: Su-30 has canards, smoother fuselage, no camo paint, different elevator shape, and of course markings.

    Not so much the difference between Su-30 and Su-27...as much as the methods used to make either one...
