Stopping E-Mail

How do you stop the e-mail coming from post? I e-mailed the gauge four or
five time but I guess they don't read there e-mail.

I don't know who you emailed, but it's something you need to shut off in your control panel if you don't want it working. Go to USER CP and open it and then open EDIT OPTIONS and turn it off (set to no emails) under DEFAULT SUBSCRIPTION MODE. See picture. Fred
