Your instructions are some of the most well-thought out, impressive ones I have ever seen (as a technical writer, I pay attention to things like that). Do you sell the model itself, or is it available for download yet?

Thanks (part of my background is technical illustration....know anyone hiring?)! All that is left is the instructions and a few little tweaks on the model. It will be available through ecardmodels when I am done and from me on ebay.

OK, so you may be asking, "Why no updates?" Well, the reason is that I ran into a serious design flaw that I glossed over on the beta build, but ended up causing me to redesign the entire forward fuselage.

This will also render about half the instructions done up to this point null and void.....

    One step forward 32 back....

I am so very sorry to hear this.
If it is any consolation, I do know how you feel. When I was first designing the BSG and BRTC25 figurines, I was almost finished with both of them and was ready for releasing them when it was pointed out to me that I had made a MAJOR mistake. Which meant that I had to go back through and redesign all of them oll over again. Needless to say, I was not happy at all.
I hope that you will be able to get everything fixed with minimal problems. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!
    BEST OF LUCK WITH IT!!!!!

Sorry for the delay, but here's an update with some pics. First, a reminder of the original prototype in all its glory....then a side view of the production drawings followed by a side view of the prototype and the new prototype fuselage.

    What say ye?

You might want to separate some of those folder over frame instructions, as they were a bit confusing. Tab-less construction where possible is an option left to the builder, but you put the tabs you did putting the right spot. I just found the fold over frame (skin to frame) confusing), confusing, maybe showing the part pre-folded, the how it fits on the frame would be clear. Still better instructions than many, oh so many, commercial models, which the quality of this seems to be. ;)
