Ok, I did the maths (cheated; used this url : http://www.scalemodelersworld.com/online-scale-converter-tool.html)

A 1:400 Enterprise (Refit or A) should be 76cm in length (this is correct )
A 1:400 Voyager should be 84cm
1:800 Voyager should be 42 cm - Voyager is billed incorrectly

I'd make a diorama around that. It has a special look to it in that condition.You could have WorkBee's around it recreating a salvage job.
