I just got this from Litchfield Station about the DSD-090LC and DSD-100LC's:

"The long await arrival of DSD090-LC and some DSD100LC decoders from SoundTraxx has happened. We currently have stock on all the following part numbers, which have been delayed due to parts issues:
820060
820061
820062
821101
821102
821103
821200
821210
821220
821230
821240
821250
Now for the bad news - continuing parts challenges have led SoundTraxx to discontinue these parts. What we have in stock at Litchfield Station is all we are going to get. There are no available replacements from SoundTraxx.
If you have a project planned using one of these decoders, you best order now to avoid disapointment - stock currently ranges from 4 pieces to 1 piece!"

That includes the decoder for the Bachmann On30 Climax and Shay

I just got a shay and was hoping to put the soundtraxx PnP decoder in, but it appears to be sold out everywhere.

Anyone try putting in a Loksound decoder into an On30 shay? The decoder itself is smaller than the Soundtraxx one, I just wonder about the speaker baffle. Litchfield has them for about $110.

I have the On30 Goose with Loksound and I must admit it is great compared to the soundtraxx "low cost" decoders.
