i have a Protech Phaser 4 RS with a SX-21 engine which is well run in now according to my manual the standard setting for the high end needle (main) is two turns out from full in (running in) then turn clockwise 1/8 of a turn to lean out. My problem being that if i do this the car stalls as soon as i try and give it some revs (it pulls off then stalls) i have found it will run mint if i turn the needle out about five full turns out (anticlockwise) though this makes the engine run at about 120 degrees C any ideas ? Bottom end seems ok

Ok im going to take a shot at this. Is it possible that your only making half a rotation on the screws instead of 360 degree of rotation, Just a thought.... :D
