OK, My son saw this at the store - one of my fondest childhood memories was all the cousins getting together to race on my grandpa's huge slotcar track in the basement - took up a whole ping pong ball table (at least its big to me!) so I bought it! Great fun!

I bought a couple extra sets of cars - a set of tuners and a set of nascar (we have the tuner series set - non digital)

The cars that did not come with the set seem to flip off the tracks really easily in comparison - even the tuner cars that look identical.

I am thinking of adding a bit of weight to the cars to get them to "stick" to the track better - I have no idea if this is a good thing to do or not - I certainly dont want the motor to wear out or the car to go slower.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!
    Chris
