In the attempt to build as many structures as possible out of paper for my train layout (I want.. ehmmm.. need to stay on the cheap) with a couple of days of planning and building I came up with this model in 1:87 scale. Simple and quick construction, just required a little of weathering with black chalk powder to gain the "used and beaten" look.

    Hpept,

I've tried convincing some of my train modeling friends that card architecture is a very attractive alternative to plastic and plaster cast. Your electric distribution tower is a nice addition to a switching yard..., How about a round house?

It is a beauty! You will have to let us in on the design technique one day :)

You just read my mind...
But since I'm not going to have one in my layout, this project may delay a little... too much.
