    hello

It's been some time since i have posted here and i had decided to finish a model before doing it again.
I found some models of the sajuk in different web sites but they where quite difficult to build and none had instructions so i decided to try and create one myself.
the pic bellow shows the render from the model in the game. I'm using it to create a side view to import into a 3d program

Adding a few more pictures to show the progress of the modeling part
The 3d model is actually a few boxes modified to fit the scematic view.

Eventually i realised that the scematic view was not very good and had to redo one in photoshop

this is the model in papekura after i added a texture.
The color of the original texture is green but i found another pictures that show the model in pale yellow.
I think it looks much better

This is cool, will you be sharing the model? also the models that already exist on the net cam in the form of PDOs so that is probably why no one made inst for them. I like your take on the model though.

You seem to be using the original game textures.. did you have the 3d model extracted from the game..? Not that you needed it = Most impressive work wlock..:thumb:

Actually i used the PDO file made from the game model and in papekura canceled the development, then i choose the option to hide the lines and took a screenshot.

In Photoshop i edited the size and color, changed the background and played with the contrast, some of the details where not showing up.

there is also some emboss filter in a few parts
the picture below shows the 3 stages of modifications.
i did keep the original in case someone wants a model with the green color.

Adding a few pictures of the model, my camera is working again.
I'm also rearranging the parts of the model, the pdo file is around 11mb

Since I'm so excited about this model, I went ahead and popped out an advanced swarmer today. scaled it down to two inches so it's a little rough in some areas. meybe this will provide Homeworld energy to help you with your build, lol

That looks really good, not to mention really small.
the Sajuk Zip file is ready to upload, just waiting for instructions since the file is way over the 2mb limit.
Inside you'll get the 2 textures, the pdo file and a pdf
