It's taking time but is slowly making headway.
The first photo is the deep sea port at Tayside. No fascia board yet and it will take time to build all the buildings and a ship or two to complete this area. Taken with my cheepie digital camera.

Next picture looks the other way towards what will be the fishing harbour.

I agree with Bill, it is coming along nicely and I wish I had that kind of space. Please keep us posted as work progess's. That waterfront scene will be dynamite when you get it finished!

Yes it is point to point Bill. Designed to be a walk around layout.
The yellow highlight shows how far I have laid track. There will be another staging area off to the right with a interface with Catt's GVR.

The squares are 12inches square

That's mind boggling compared to my tiny layout! Keep us posted on the progress! I can't wait to see the finished harbor, too!
