    next details and railings..........

    Hi Folks,

I decided to build all details by myself. At the end of the modell, it will look o.k..

This are the sideparts of the stairs, I hardened the cardboard with glue for plastic models......

    the first stairway
    [IMG]
....and the second ( that looks much better.....)

and here the stairways at the model........
by the way, just notice the diference between the two attempts of building the railings.....

and the extensions of the bridge...........

Thank´s Gregory for the kind words, the selfmade railings are not as accurate as laser railings or etched parts, but the overall impression is more than good

    Nice work, as always, FLU!
Your searchlights really look great! Nice job!

I think my favorite part of this ship is the three stacks with their rings around them.
I'm not a ship person, so I don't know the proper terms for things but I know what I like!
Those stacks give the whole ship it's character, in my opinion!

The whole build is beautiful though, and I really enjoy watching you work your paper magic!;)
I'm always keeping an eye on your progress, FLU and as usual, it's splendid!:yep:

    no real glass but plastic

    Hi folks,

thank´s for the praise, the "glass" is a sheet of clear plastic. I always collect that stuff out of our trash can............

While building the next two searchlights I´ll make a tutorial.......

Already make me faint when look at those "wiring"wall1. But it looks beautiful:thumb:. How do you "pin" it on the deck? I never buy a model from shop (no $, you know...) and tend to skip the wire part when building free model
