Canon 3D Papercraft has some nice roses.

Go to: Seasons & Holidays > Ornaments, bottom of the list.

Don't forget to scent them! No kidding, you can get different essences at boutiques, health stores, etc.

As a matter of fact, your idea sounds so cool, I think I'll do that for my wife!

    Thanks!

In addition to SCEtoAUX's post, there is some more roses under
Gift and card -> Gift items -> Paper flowers

There is a bouquet of roses in a box and some single roses in different colors.

Yep, the page Jim references seems to be where Canon moved the roses since they changed the format of the site. Some nice and realistic looking rose models, easy to assemble, and well appreciated by the recipient.

There are also two rose pictures in 3D in the Art section. :)

I have made some of those pop-up and fold-out type greeting cards for children and adults. They were all very pleased and surprised with them. They are worth the time to make for someone. :)
