You have to love the Japanese. If you are in Japan looking for a restaurant, many will have the food they prepare displayed in the window. Only, it's not real food; it's a wax replica so real looking that you want to bite into it!

Forget about the food; I want to know about the pubs! I live near Athens, and one of my professional acquaintances is a beer connoisseur. He just posted a review of some of the best pubs in Hertfordshire, which made my mouth water. I was "trained" to appreciate single malts in a pub near Fairford waaay back in '79. In my world, the best place to be is in an English pub. We have nothing like it here in the Colonies.
