railroad crossings

I am putting a number of model power railroad crossing light set on my layout.
The problem is to make them to make them to flash automatically.
I need a design of DC board that would work to make them work automated.
does anyone have any ideas, any in put to my problem. I am looking to build a system. Plus I have a number of traffic lights that is working manually which I like to work autocratically to.

Sorry for the long wait for a reply but I just read it and have the same problem as you.
I hope to build a circuit to power the Model Power flashers. It will be a 2 transistor astable multivibrator built on a perf board. I'll email you the circuit when I get it done. Give me a couple of weeks.
