Another redraw project...this one of the Project 19620 class of Soviet river ships. The Young Technician article seems to be a more-or-less generic version. I have made several major changes in the hull design to make it more buildable. I've found some pictures of a specific ship in the class (the Ruza) that I will be making a kit of once this project is finished. Doing that will require total redesign of about 75 percent of the model. I figure that, at that point, even though inspired by a copyrighted work, there is more than enough original work to call it a new design, and intend publishing that kit on the net. At the rate things have been progressing, that is still a couple of months off, but will happen if it looks as if there is enough interest in the model.
