I hope this is the right place to ask this.
What programs are out there for designing track layouts?
Any freeware type stuff that is easy to use?
Right now, I'm just using MS Paint and it sucks.

The Atlas site has a freeware program called RightTrack that's easy to use. It's not a very powerful program, but it will get you started. Here's the link.
