    Nice pink controller :)

First question - is this a new heli or did it used to fly then no longer does after crashes/etc?

Is the tail-prop spinning? Can't tell from the vid. If not, the tail motor could be dead, the 3-in-1 bad, or there could be a break in the wiring.

Does the trim control do anything, or can you decrease/increase the spin using the left/right control? If the trim and left/right control are not responding, could be the 3-in-1.

If it seems to be trying but can't just get enough control, then check for the following on the tail prop:

    - Extra plastic on the prop's edges left over from manufacturing - trim these little pieces it may fly better.
    - Broken tail prop. The heli will spin if there's a crack at the base of one of the tail prop blades. You'll need to replace it.

Let us know how you fare!
