Very nice! If I remember right the "sidewalk" is called a running board.

    Sure is a nice build.

    Cheers JTF.

PS I'll go with running board or step board.

  14. Every time I look at this I am still amazed. Very nice work indeed. I really like the texture of the printing and the paper. It really enhances the model a lot.

still working on the tenders bogies.....

    Hi Friends,

now I`m still working for the bogies......... because of less time, I decided to make the wheels from laserparts.

after that it began......the horror with the super detailed brake linkage.......
just have a look at the parts (fotunately I have the laser detail kit :thumb:)

nevertheless I neede two sessions for cutting all parts out.

    here during assembling
    [IMG]

    and all brakes assembled.....

after that, the whole susoension linkage and the axle bearings............
    but it looks fine...........:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

I never before built a loco with such number of details............

    so long guys...................Frank
  16. You know the only problem I see with this kind of work is that most people can't even begin to appreciate the effort and skill that goes into such a piece of art. And I do consider it an art form as it rises above the term "Hobby". But rest assured that we of the modeling community do so much appreciate it. So bravo, kudos and all that good stuff. This is going to be a masterpiece. Please put it where people can appreciate it. Somewhere like a train museum.
