This Bridge is the only surviving lenticular pony truss bridge that will still service to carry vehicular traffic. The bridge is a 72foot span and was constructed in 1889. The bridge is a five panel pin connected design with a center vertical post height of 8 feet the end posts are topped with a ball shaped finial and a simple latice gaurd rail to give the bridge a slightly more ornate appearance. It was constructed by the Berlin Iron Bridge Company in 1889. The bridge was close in April of 2004 for repair. After welding attempts failed the bridge was shipped off in 2 pieces to.
