Not much of a warning for trains, but then again, not much traffic either (road or rail). The line between Wakool and Moulimein.

That DAMN SteamRail trip came along here. Imagine the pics! DAMN DAMN DAMN.

An example of the trestles that cross the many flood watercourses.

A perfect prototype for Garahbara.

These silos at Moulimein (pretty much the only thing there!) have a capacity of about 150,000 tonnes.

Woodie, we have a railroad crossing just like this, one except the road is paved, that we cross when we go to visit my daughter and her family. I have seen trains running but not often. Most drivers zip across without even looking. Scary stuff.
In your trestle pictures, is that a bluegum tree I see? We don't get any of those here.
That Moulimein look like they could be a good scratchbuilding project.

Matthyro,

Yep... Blue gums, Red gums, Ghost gums etc.. All bush vegetation in Australia is eucalypt. As a point of trivia, there are no native deciduous trees in Australia. Per haps I could attempt a scatchbuild, however I don't think there would be much room left on my layout if I built one of those!!
