There's been some good discussion concerning PayPal, both plus and minus. Here's an excellent customer service story for you. I'm currently putting together an Erie RR welded steel caboose kit that has given me some real problems, notably the pee poor photos, drawings, instructions, etc. Well, I painted the body up and started decaling. The herald decals were so old that they just went to pieces! The others are okay, but the heralds fell apart! I went to the website of a decal maker that specializes in Erie and NYS&W decals, ordered the set, and PAID FOR IT THROUGH HIS WEBSITE VIA PAYPAL! I'll have the decals in a couple of days!
