    Hi all,

Started on the American side of the build, the right arm of the soldier.

Starting on the left arm, I love days were I don't get distracted by racing on TV.

    Hi all,

A very good day for me, building wise.

Managed to finish the left arm just moments ago.

I will be going back to the German Soldier, and the torso.

The Airborne patch on the left shoulder is added to the shoulder, I wish the American Flag and the Rank stripes were applied in the same manner, makes it look better

    Hi all,

Over the past couple of evenings, I have been able to assemble the torso for the German Soldier.

14 major parts, and 2 parts for the epalets/shoulder boards
the bottle of tacky glue(brush on) is 4 inches tall, for those keeping score of the height of this build.

yes the pockets on the front are 3D, makes for a nice effect.

I could glue in the arms, but I think I will wait until I have finished the torso of the American Soldier

    Hi all,

Getting more into the body of the project/challenge(pun intended)

I can see that the American kit has been released after the German kit, reason being, the way of the build order, with the german kit, I ended up with the collar, had some fit issues, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Whereas with the american kit, the collar being the first thing you construct, and no fit issues.

But some of this might not be what you wanted to read about.

    So, on to the pictures
