Simply stunning pictures! Looking at them makes me feel both energized, ready to try and tackle modeling some of the details these "real world" photos have to offer, and also humble at the immense beauty and impossibility to encompass it all in HO scale.

I Had to include this shot, If you remember the very sad accident involving a young father and his son this year.
It was at this crossing, a small memorial has been placed there now.

The authorities have since placed these barriers at all the small crossings where there was only flashing lights and bells before.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN NEAR TRAINS AND CROSSINGS
THESE THINGS TAKE A KILOMETER OR SO TO STOP

This shot was discarded, and it found its way to me:p :p :p
I think it was taken around the mid 1970.

I guess it's that funny little caboose we see on the page before. BTW: Nice pics Chris, I enjoyed them as usual!

I think that van (caboose) is on the adjacent track, partially obscured by the Sperry Car...

    Hi Jon,

The thing that appears as though its following 119 is a CP caboose sitting on the next track over, there is about 2/3 rds showing.:p
    Sooooooooo Paul was right;)

Did you like the streetcars?? I have worked them for many years:)
I will now go and find Jon`s SRS page ( I may need help)
