Ordering from Caboose Hobbies. Success?

I am thinking about ordering a couple of used brass locos from Caboose Hobbies and was wondering what experiences others have had. I would welcome replies from everyone but I live in the UK, which adds another layer of complexity
How prompt are they and how fast do I have to move before the locos disappear? What does the insurance and shipping cost come to (total value ~$400).
