    There are a lot of good drawings and some good modelers over at: http://smm.solidmodelmemories.net/. Solid models were quite popular back in the '40s and '50s. Check it out!

    Nice models, especially the 1939 Cadillac and the 1910 Stanley Steamer. I had a solid balsa Berkley model kit of a Jaguar XK 120 years ago, but sold it before I ever built it.wall1
