Excellent work Nobi.
If you have an official waiting list for this kit, consider me on it.
You didn't spoil anyone's fun Huey. As a matter of fact, I was "really" close to answering it myself. 8v) I will say this though, its a a great bird to be modeling and at 1:48 scale, the wingspan will be just over 32 inches. If my memory serves me right, and if your hootch is the same size my hootch room in Honduras and elsewhere were, then it should fit easily. But then you say you have a double room? Wow...no more 6x8 foot room? Hehehe Like you say, there is also the chow hall and all. And then there is the mods that many will be doing on it...the AC-130, MC-130 varients, one of my favorites and one I flew on quiet a bit in Alaska, the HC-130, the WC-130...just sooooooooo many different possibilities...all on an "easy but beautiful" Thaipaperworks layout. 8v)
Not only do you beautiful designs you build them beautifully too !!!
Update progress...building slow because no much time to do
A fine build and another great design cool stuff this
I have a nice new cutting matt just waiting for this
More When you can Nobi
Oh, my...I love the size of this new model, Nobi!
I'm with Rob; I've got a few new, sharp blades just waiting to dig into this new design!
It's a real treat to see this model materialize after the discussion on what your next project would be...to see it evolve from an idea into a real model is awesome and I am honored to be allowed to see this process. I would some day like to learn how to design paper models, but for the time being seeing you do it is great.
Thanks and, as Rob also said, more when you can.
nobi yuor works are just killers
Update progress...fuselage is finish, will go to main wheel well and tail tomorrow
You know how to tease us
Can't wait for this like everyone else I think, a very fine looking model mate.
The day you release this I think your system will crash, battered by every card modeler around fighting to buy it
Look forward to the finished plane and your next outstanding design.
You have your work cut out, to out do this one
Looking really great, Nobi!
Now this is just a suggestion, mind you, but I think it would be nice, anticipating a crash of your site once the availability of this model is announced, if we who are watching this build with our jaws hanging down and drooling, were to be given a little advance notice so we could order our copy as soon as it becomes available...just a thought.
Really looking forward to your further updates!
You are really bad!
Thank you for providing the in-progress pictures. I am interested in seeing the back of your C-130, especially the door area.
