    nice pics. is that spot a good spot to go railfanning? im always looking for someplace new to checkout and i dont think its that far away.

    Indeed it is a great place to watch trains.One can see up to 24 trains in 6-7 hours and if one comes on Sundays they can visit the Marion Model Railroad club between trains.Now cap that with nearby restaurants its hard to beat.

    Indeed..I have shot a lot of pictures and videos from that side..Joe Slanser once dubbed it "Larry's curve".sign1 I suppose that was a spoof of the famous "Don Ball curve" that photographer Don Ball used in many of his pictures.
