This is I believe an L&N or UP trestle that has been “beautified”. It is located in a part of Memphis called Mid-Town, the of the Yuppie area where they buy the 100 year old homes and sink big money in the updating everything. I know because my Daughter has one.

That has got to be the STRANGEST thing I've seen in railroading in a while! I hope UP approved this, and how does it "beautify" when all those small buildings are floating in space? sign1
sign1Interesting but a little bizarre in my opinion. I think I'd have preferred a simple paint job to make the bridge look nicer! It does make for a conveniently easy-to-remember landmark when giving directions though!
