    Thanks for your messages, Dwgannon.

    Shall we continue?

And then, same thing as the rudder: a piece of paper painted in black, then glue the cut out parts on their original place. This time, the black strip has a score in the middle so it can bend naturally.

Very cool ideas Gerardo! And looking good. There was a posting a waysback on this site? Showing something like this, but man you certainly brought the idea forward again, I may try it on one of the older kits in the long que! Thanks again and great build!

Thanks for doing this build thread Gerardo. I also have Nobi's A-36 and it will be easier to build after seeing your build. Good ideas.

    Thank you, friends!!

You know, this model is one of Nobi's oldies but goodies. But she's turning out good.

Now let's go for the wings.

In this model, the wing has two sections. So let's just bend and join.

    A little glue time.

And voila!, we have a wing.

For some reason, I couldn't align the parts on the wing, so that's why you see discontinuous lines. Sorry about that, Nobi.

    And guess what... no firings!!

I think Nobi was not in the mood for firings on this model, but nevertheless I think they look ok.

Prepare the rotor. Now I know it's called Armour Backplate.

    Hack #3

Since I already put the wings, I have to work them differently to separate the ailerons. Let's begin cutting the ailerons from the wings.

Then, make the little black stripe to join the aileron to the wing.

And insert it on the wing. Remember to score it along the stripe for better bending.

    The aileron.

Do the same on the other wing.
