The Alabama and Tennessee River Railway, an Omnitrax rr, would be a nice prototype to model, I think. I am more interested in CSX in the early 90s or freelancing, but I thought this might interest someone. It would be very interesting in N scale. It is a shortline that runs roughly from Guntersville to Birmingham. It is mainly a grain operation I think, but I know it serves a scrap yard. The motive power is very intersting. Mostly LTEX. Southern Pacific fans might also like these.

Hey Coach C. Thanks for posting those pictures. I didn't realize that CSX had sold that line. I agree, it would be a nice one to model, with some great scenery, too.

I didn't realize it either until the other day. I thought they were just leasing it. Here are some more pics. These pictures are of the Tyson Feed plant on the old L&N/CSX line. It is a stub now. The line used to continue and ran through my hometown. It is this line that I talked about seeing the chessie and family lines engines run through the tunnel in my town with my aunt. Papa Bear,

I really like your Pensecola railroad. The water looks great.
