New X-Jet Model Release

Morning all, just wanted to start a little thread to let you know of a new version of the X-Jet model. Based on the recent X-Men movies, I always wanted to revisit this model. I helped Claudio with the textures on the first X-Jet but was always frustrated at my lack of ability to do the 3D work at the time.

Now, I was able to do the 3D work and the textures from scratch. It's very close to Claudios, probably because he gave me a lot of advice on 3D modelling for paper model design so I guess our style is similar? Thanks Claudio! :thumb:

Morning all, I just wanted to let you know of a new version of the X-Jet from the fairly recent X-Men movies.

I helped Claudio with his back in 2007 by doing the texture work while he handled the 3D side of it. I lacked the skill at the time so wanted to tackle it again eventually. Anyway, I just finished the unfolding so wanted to let people know. It's not been test built...

If anyone builds it I'd love to see a pic or two, thanks!

Nice, I approved your prevous post. Posts from new Members with a low post count have to be approved. if you ever run across this problem again, drop me off a P.M., with the link to the thread, so I can straighten it out.

The "New Forum" we will be migrating too will take care of all of the problems this antiquated software seems to no longer be able to handle.
