The car shop doesn't look like any car shops I've been in. Its either too narrow or too tall. Normally you don't use overhead cranes for cars, you use floor jacks. You use overhead cranes on locomotives because the stuff you remove for maintenance is mostly on the top (hood, power assemblies, generators, air compressors, fans, etc.) On a car most of the stuff you remove is on the bottom (brake equipment, draft gear, cushioning devices, air conditioning, generators, etc) so using a crane isn't necessarily the best thing.

The engineering building could be used for any number of offices, shops, mills, factories, etc.
