Hi Ernest,

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator which is a fancy way of saying address. The picture you want to use has an address, probably starting with http://. If you've found a picture online you want to use, right click on it to open a window that will include the option "properties". Click on that and you'll get a window with the http:// address (the URL). Highlight that URL and paste it into the window you're trying to work with on The Gauge.
