I saw a post on one of the boards I frequent asking for pictures of engine terminal facilities. I generally hang out here and at RailroadForums.com. I've looked through both boards and can't find that thread, so I thought I'd post this here in case it will be a help to the person asking for info. I was at my local hobby shop tonight, and they got in some new books. One of the new titles was "Model Railroader's Guide To Locomotive Servicing Terminals" by Marty McGurck. The book has pictures of the prototype and models of all sorts of facilities from short lines to class one railroads, and from steam to modern diesel.
