Something I just scribbled out on a napkin (xfig). Scale is approximate. For Diesel era, you can leave off the turntable or model it abandoned and use that track as a RIP track, MOW, team track, etc. For steam era, it's a nice turntable to model because it's human powered and you don't have to mess with mechanical gizmos. 1984 RMC has scale drawin's of the buildin's and turntable.
