Need some Rock Island Help

I'm kitbashing two RS-2Ms, one in Frisco and the other Rock Island:

I want the Rock one to look like this:

(not sure where that photo is from.)

What decal set is correct? Also, anyone have any idea what horn the Rock used on these heffalumps?

Looks like not all RI RS-2Ms had the same horn setup:

I'll leave it to someone who knows horns better than I do to identify these.

I may go with this color scheme, but I prefer the maroon with the pinstripes.

The standard horn used on most if not all Rock Island units was an Old Casing P5 with the 2 and 4 bells reversed (You don't see the full body of the horn in the picture of 451 due to the angle)
