the saucer was the reason, why the model is no longer available!!! it was no right unfolded!!! but i have two ideas!
first idea: on the first screenshot you can see the structure of the saucer from side! it is not straight or linear! bad to build:cry:
now you can see on the second pic, what I think! cut every single part out and then glue them again right together! that is very much work! good luck!

second idea: wait some few months for my Nebula in two different versions:mrgreen:

thanks d-whale that was the idea i thought of but wanted ur opinion.also think using the formers is not a good idea as i think that was what caused the misshapewall1 i will give the saucer a second go lateron today :thumb:

Is there any way I can get a copy of the Sutherland files ? I know D Whale discontinued it due to a problem with the saucer section, but I'd still like to give it a go.

just completed the saucer section--- DONT use the saucer formers and also cut the middle formers off and reassemble as d-whale and i thought --this works with no problems
just got to assemlbe the hull then finish by coluring edges and any line out that arent needed
    its looking gooooooooood:thumb:
anyone else wants the files then email me on the above adderss n ill send them to you:thumb:

ok guys the sutherland is nearly out of drydock ready for warp tests.......... here are the photos of her one point may be worth noting
1.when building the hull completed all of the bottom parts first
2.then assemble the top part scoring every line on it
    3. then insert the re-enforcers but DONT glue them to the hull interior
    assemble the deflector sheild
4 glue the DEFLECTOR sheild to the re-enforcer
5.then complete the top hull sectionfrom the bakc then alternate the sides you glue down. you dont need to glue the re-enforcers as the deflector holds it in nicely
    her are the pics.........
once again thanks for all of your kind comments and to d- whale for your help
id like to post the nebula in the downloads secion ,with all of my build photos includes to help with the build could someone help with this as id like to see this available again for all modelers
