After reading this thread and a couple of other train ones, I ended up settings up a "N" scale loop and ran some trains I hadn't run in 20 years. I was amazed everything worked. It was a lot of fun. If I had the room, I think I'd go nuts one a permanent set up, especially now that you can change directions on the same track with the "N" scale trains. It seems that everyone loves to play with these things, though they lose interest fast when something stops working, that's when it gets fun for me. :)

He,he. You say that Zathros, it's true. :) I have a 00 scale 0-4-0 tank and track that will be the basis for a big permanent layout at some point....
