My new/old lay-out

I've been doing more thinking and other things, I just ripped up the service yard, But the snow here is realy keeping me busy. It just keeps piling up, now the neighbor thinks its alright to put his snow in MY yard.
Now my oil man will need a bulldozer to get to my tanks and he's gonna be .
I still haven't finished the make over on the rail rebuilders building. I should get to it this weekend hopefully.
What I need is a good swift kick in the seat of my pants,any takers???
