I hope that I don't receive any hate mail for posing something for sale on here, but i just wanted to get the word out that my layout is up for sale on ebay. My starting price is $150 and my reserve is $225.

What are your opinions, is that a fair price to expect, too high, too low?

The layout is for pick up only due to its size. I did post pictures of this layout back in june maybe earlier, and had great feed back then, so I'm counting on you guys to give me feedback, and maybe let someone you know whose looking for a layout that im selling mine.

Saturady night is essentially the last night for the bidding of my layout, for all those who are interested the current price is 225 dollars.

I guess no one wanted to comment on what they thought would be a fair price.

Will it have to be dismantled?
