Well, sort of...here are a few shots of my X Street layout, at least the small part of it that is mostly ready for prime-time...I had to "fudge" a couple of shots with spare buildings to make up for things I haven't built yet, but wanted to give my digital camera a try.

The layout itself is based on the Sacramento Belt Line, originally electrified but dieselized in 1953, operated by Sacramento Northern and Central California Traction.

And here's some shots from a "quickie" diorama I built this week--the setting is, roughly, the WP's 19th/20th Street line through Sacramento, on an industrial spur. The diorama is 6"x24".

no, just a name for a directory where I stick stuff...no significance to it. maybe it refers to my street trackage...

by the way, the furniture store on the layout is one I mentioned elsewhere--it is made entirely of cardstock with a little bit of stripwood except for the "tile", windows, and a stovepipe casting on the roof.
