Hi Gary, Yeah the "endowed" part was a problem for her. She had a little problem getting things uhhh....balanced . i know what you mean about cleaning the track, I have about 120' of mainline to clean each time before I can run. I have a track cleaning car that works great if I run every couple of days, but I am lucky to run once a month right now with my work schedule. We are just about to get into our busy season and already working about 58 hours a week on average. As for battery powered trains you might try contacting Stan Cedarleaf on MLS. He only runs battery powered and installs quite a few for others. He would be able to tell you the best systems for battery, best prices and how to get the longest running times. Steve P.S.
