Some of my workings, so far.
I was hoping to see you start this build.
It looks like you are off to a good start!
GREAT to see this one coming together!
Hello, Sorry I haven't got back yet. Will post finish soon. Started new modified runabout, will post soon.
It's really coming out great. Time to start getting rid of those glue tabs. They will never let the panels line up right. Better to cut them off, and fold your own. This will allow you to align the panels exactly as you need to.
Finally back again. Finished the first Danube. Started the next one with changes, but got bored, so I made this in stead. Im still looking for some larger scale models. I found some Star Trek, a BSG. Would like a Star Wars destroyer.
You could always build Millenniumfalsehood's Imp Star Duce here
it is 24 inches long when done. it took me about a month to build
but i heavily reenforced it with 1mm cardboard and did a LOT of
Great build, RD!
BTW, that's a fine Farnsworth! Did you use my template?
You did a GREAT JOB on the Runabout!!!
The Farnsworth looks FANTASTIC as well!!!
I like how you added real hardware to it!!!
Yes on the Farnsworth, no I didn't put electronics in, next one out of metal will. In Melbourne at the moment will finnish other Danube later
Great! That reminds me to keep a promise: The innards for it have to be made soon.
Looks good. You might want to increase the thickness of the paper on some of the parts. The will hold the edges more squared up, and make gaps, and allow gluing of the edges themselves possible. Looks great!
