Whats he got in his TC3?
im running a 24p/90s and its not hard 2 make a 4-tec go fast justy switch 2 a esc and drop a 14t speed gem in there
Speed Gems rock, If you want to save a couple of bucks Tower sells there version of the 14 mod for 20.bux I've got two they use the standard brushes come w/caps.
umm I dont know what he has inhis I cant remeber but the 4tec is gonna have a nivak 410 PC no motor limit esc, and a 27 turn motor. Im gonna eventualy put like a 10 turn motor in it, its gonna rock!
y r u gonna put a 27 turn in it just go straight 4 da 10
no no no the motor that it comes with is a 27 turn. At this time I dont have any money to get a 10 turn so for now I will only have the 27 turn to run. How is the Duratrax photon 20 turn motor that is in the Evader? Are they any good? Ive seen a evader run b4 and they are pretty fast, even stock, in a way.
there ok did u buy ur car used or did u put the 27t in it
I am getting it from a trade, used. The 27 turn will be the only motor I will have for te 2 cars im getting.
ok i wuz about 2 say the 4-tec comes with a 20t but now i understand
ok I got the cars today and my 4tec is really fast! To me the motor that is in it seems like a 15 turn or so, no joke it is really fast, in fact I think I might be able to keep up with my godfathers tc3. Ill find out soon! So far it is running great no problems what so eva!
i told u the4-tec isnt hard 2 make fast u dont really gotta do that much 2 it does it have a esc or is it running off the rotory speed control
ok I found out the motor is a Epic I dont know how many turns im lookinfor it now! OK I changes the gear, smal spur big pinon, put a brand new 2400 and it is so fast! Ok check this out, the street that I live on is really busy and the speed limit is 35 mph on it my 4tec will keep up/beat most of the cars on the road! LMAO and that is with this motor, and I dont even know how many turns it has!
Ok I was just running it and with the charger I have I charged the pack for 45 mins and I got 12 mins of run time. There was about 10 hour difference from charge to running. I know that the best time and performance for a pack is RIGHT AFTER you charge it so I cant wait to see what it does once its charged again ill post back what kinda run time I got then!
ok for the time running it right after the pack is charged I got 13 mins then 14 and now I charged it for a total of 1 hour and I got 16 mins which to me is pretty cool and for about the hole time I am running it full blast!
13 min run time on a 24oo cells is really good and thats on a mechanical speed controller?
yea do u have a mechanical or electrical speed control
If so thats really good ,those things have got to drain a battery faster than a ESC,I would think.
it has a Novak 310 PC electric speed control no mechanical here
Still good run time , Im using the GT7in all three of the electrics, Novak rules
