MRC Synchro Sound box

Hi all
Was wondering if anybody has the MRC Synchro Sound box for diesel? Does it synchro good, and if so, what run position would you say it gets up to, as per sound? Iam going to use it with DC. How well does it work with DC?

I heard it at a show we did in Carson City, Nevada. It sounded good to me, but the vendor who was selling it didn't have it operating with multiple trains. I don't know if you were running it on a large railroad with a lot of trains running, would it sound like a bunch of engines in different areas of the layout or one engine in one spot. For a small railroad where you are only going to run one or two trains in a small space, I think it is an excellent value. I don't remember how much of the "throttle step" it duplicated.
