I am sorry to ask, but can you be more specific?
Are you looking for planes, helicopters, tanks, other military vehicles, or what?

The one site that comes to mind that has a little bit of everything is: http://paper-replika.com/.

There seems to be a lot available as free kits through sources such as Japanese paper model sites...and there are a lot of those!

Paper Replika is great for tanks.
    Ojimak for aircraft

Obviously a mix of scales but im sure you could scan and scale to suit

Stahlhart has a collection of aircraft that are astounding! These are just some of them. Then each model has many liveries. These are real models, not the simplistic (but nice) models offered by Ojimak. More satisfaction from the realism, and they are all FREE! Check out the Chinese Architecture, the Beijing Drum Tower, it is magnificent.

There are 25, I believe, liveries of the Sturmovik alone!

    Hello,
there are some models on http://streetpaper.de/
Go to "Militär" (military) then You can select "Aufklärung" (recon), "Patriotsystem" (patriot missiles), "Panzer" (tanks), Transport, marine and "Hubschrauber" (helicopter). Scale is 1:43, for 1:72 You can print it smaller.

    Greetings
