May 2005 Model Railroader

I just got Mays addition of Model Railroader and i was looking through it and came across on page 62 on the Narrow Gauge In A Small Room. How can i go and get more info on this layout? This layout is something that i am looking for and plus it will fit perfect in my room i have to work with
